The responsibilities and authorities of the Supreme Advisory and Disciplinary Committee are as follows:

Investigating the subjects that concern the development and future of the Committee as per the provisions of the bylaws and regulations. Based on the results of the investigation, reporting its resolutions to the Board of Directors as wishes and requests.
Providing consultation on any subject as directed by the Board of Directors.
Its Chairman participates in the Board of Directors meetings but cannot vote.
Passing resolutions regarding any disciplinary actions to be taken against members and honorary members.
Notifying the Board of Directors of disciplinary decisions so that they may be entered into the register and necessary actions be taken.
Preparing reports regarding operations and presents them to the General Assembly.
Putting together a regulation that establishes the conditions and methods (application, defense, investigation, quorum, statute of limitations and so on) of the meetings held in order to implement the disciplinary actions stated under the discipline topics.
